These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the promotional offer (“Promotional Offer”) sponsored by Star Localmart and executed by RewardPort (partner agency). This offer is valid only in the states of Maharashtra and Karnataka.

The Promotional Offer is open to Indian citizens residing in Maharashtra and Karnataka, and is valid from 4th December 2025 to 3rd January 2026, subject to availability of products.

1. Eligibility & Offer Details

1. Customers who purchase up to ₹499 at participating Star Localmart stores during the campaign period are eligible to receive a ₹100 BookMyShow (BMS) voucher.
2. Each eligible customer will receive one unique e-code that can be redeemed for a ₹100 BookMyShow voucher by following the redemption process mentioned below.
3. This offer is valid on top of any other ongoing offers at Star Localmart.

2. Redemption Process

Step 1 – Registration

• Shopper receives a unique e-code after billing.
• Shopper visits the campaign website and enters the following details:
  • Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Unique Code
• On submitting the details, the shopper receives an OTP via SMS/email within 24 hours.

Step 2 – Claiming the Voucher

• Shopper enters the OTP on the website under the “Claim” tab.
• Once validated, the shopper receives the ₹100 BookMyShow voucher code via SMS and email within 24 hours.

3. Offer Conditions

1. Each unique code can be used once only to claim a BookMyShow voucher.
2. OTP received after registration remains valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
3. The BookMyShow voucher can be redeemed only on BookMyShow’s app/website.
4. Only one voucher can be redeemed per mobile number during the entire campaign.
5. This offer is not valid for (Sanjay Ghodawat Group) Star Localmart or RewardPort employees, promoters, distributors, or any associated channel partner.
6. BookMyShow voucher validity will be as per the validity period stated on the SMS/email sent to the customer.
7. Lost, misplaced, or stolen voucher codes will not be reissued under any circumstances.
8. Star Localmart or RewardPort shall not be responsible for:
   • Misuse of the voucher
   • Failed redemption due to customer error
   • Incorrect mobile number/email entered at the time of registration
9. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other gift card.
10. Multiple vouchers cannot be clubbed together in a single BookMyShow transaction.
11. Customer data collected for this campaign will be used solely for reward fulfilment and will be deleted after campaign closure.
12. Any data shared on BookMyShow’s platform will be governed by BookMyShow’s privacy policy.
13. Any changes in BookMyShow’s terms or redemption process will be governed by BookMyShow.
14. This is a one-time use voucher and cannot be revalidated after expiry.
15. No complaints, queries, or claims regarding the offer will be entertained after the closure of the campaign period.
16. The promotional offer is purely discretionary. Star Localmart reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, change or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice or intimation. No shopper or participant shall have any right, objection, claim or demand in this regard and Star Localmart’s decision shall be final and binding.

4. Disputes & Legal

• The decision of Star Localmart or RewardPort regarding the Promotional Offer will be final.
• This Promotional Offer is governed by Indian law, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Jaysingpur.

5. How to Redeem Your BookMyShow Voucher

1. Visit www.bookmyshow.com or open the BookMyShow app.
2. Select your preferred movie/event.
3. Proceed to the payment page.
4. Under “Offers / Gift Voucher / Promo Code”, enter your ₹100 BMS voucher code.
5. Click “Apply” and complete the transaction by paying the remaining balance, if any.
